Torrens Clinic is a long standing family practice in the inner western suburbs with records going back over 50 years. Torrens Clinic General Practitioners are grateful to you our loyal patients for being understanding during difficult times due to Covid-19 .Our goal is to make our clinics safe and free of potential infection thus the use of telehealth consultations as needed. If you have any cold or flu symptoms please book a Telephone consult for your Doctor to assess your needs. We have covid vaccination clinics on Tuesdays at our Croydon location. As the Independant Contract Tenant Doctors set their own consulting times , fees etc. they also have their own preferences with the wearing of masks. You will be advised at the time of booking if the Independant Tenant Doctor requires you to wear a mask into the consult room.
Our practice employs qualified Registered Nurses who work between Flinders Park and Croydon Clinics. Both of our registered nurses are accredited Immunisation and Pap Smear Providers. Special interests include wound management, health assessments and care plans.
If you have any concerns Torrens Clinic Practice Manager Kerry is available to discuss in confidence. We have Hot Doc for you to book online which will save you time and send you a reminder text re your appointment in addition to this our proactive reception team are available to assist where needed.

Home Visits are available after hours by phoning the practice number. The practice doctors cover Monday - Friday 8.am to 5pm . At other times the General Practice Locum Service is available by phoning 137 425
Accreditation
The Torrens Clinic is accredited by the AMA-ADA for infection control procedures. All surgical instruments are autoclaved or disposable.
